Enquiry, review and proposal
The contact form and initial review request start a discussion about possible work. Submitting a form or receiving an automatic acknowledgement creates no order or payment obligation. Before acceptance, you receive a written proposal identifying the service provider, agreed scope, total price and tax treatment, schedule and payment terms.
What the price covers
All listed prices include 25% VAT. VAT is not added to the displayed amount.
Published packages describe the basic scope of a one-off website build. Page counts, accommodation units, languages, revision rounds and included support periods appear with each package. Language versions cover technical implementation and insertion of supplied content. Professional translations, photography, extra units, hosting, domain, licences and complex integrations are specified separately in the proposal. Additional work and costs are agreed before that work begins.
Delivery and handover
The proposal specifies client-supplied content, access needed, deadlines, review before publication, handover and usage rights. You must have the rights to use and supply your materials. Timing depends on agreed inputs and approvals. Ongoing maintenance after included support requires a separate agreement.
Distance contracts with consumers
If you are an individual contracting remotely for purposes outside your business, you generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A website being custom-made does not itself remove this right for the design service. Before contracting, we provide the applicable information and withdrawal instructions on a durable medium, such as email.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement within the applicable period to info@dalmatiawebstudio.hr or the Studio’s postal address. Include your name and address, service and contract date, and state that you withdraw; add a date and signature for a paper statement. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. The statutory model form is not the only way to withdraw.
Starting within the 14-day period
Work starts during the withdrawal period only at your express request after the required information is supplied. If you then withdraw, a proportionate charge for services already provided is payable only where statutory conditions are met. Withdrawal rights are lost on full performance only with the required prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss. A contact enquiry is not this consent.
Refund following withdrawal
Where withdrawal rights apply, payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your statement, subject to any lawfully payable proportionate amount for services already provided. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional fees. These terms do not restrict other statutory rights concerning non-performance or defects.
Written complaints
Consumers may email a written complaint to info@dalmatiawebstudio.hr, post it to Dalmatia Web Studio, Josipa bana Jelačića 24, 20250 Orebić, Croatia, or submit it at the business premises. Identify the service, describe the complaint and provide a reply address. We acknowledge receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receipt, stating whether we accept it as justified. Written complaint records are retained for one year from receipt.
